We want you to be satisfied with OGShot. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
You are eligible for a full refund if you meet both of the following conditions:

To request a refund, email hello@planhub.kr with your account email address and payment details.
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings.
After cancellation, you retain access to the service until the end of the current billing period.
We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months remaining after cancellation.
No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Overage charges ($3 per 1,000 images) billed automatically when you exceed your plan limit are generally non-refundable.
However, if overages were caused by a verified system error on our part (e.g., incorrect counting), they will be refunded in full. Please contact us at hello@planhub.kr.
We will review your refund request and respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Your card issuer or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
