By accessing or using OGShot's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
OGShot provides an API and dashboard for generating Open Graph (OG) images for use in websites and web applications. The service is provided on an "as-is" basis and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Free plan provides 50 images per month at no cost.
Paid plans are billed monthly and auto-renew until cancelled. Cancellation before the next billing date stops renewal.
Overage charges of $3 per 1,000 images apply automatically above your plan limit. CDN cache hits are not counted.
All prices are in USD and processed through Lemon Squeezy.
OGShot retains all rights to the service, software, and infrastructure. Images you generate belong to you.
You grant OGShot a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OGShot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding one (1) month.
The service is provided "as is" without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these terms.
We may modify these terms at any time. We will provide at least 7 days' notice before significant changes take effect.
Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the company's jurisdiction.
